Anyone wishing to rent PLL fields will need to sign and return the field rental policy agreement. 
It needs to be sent to both [email protected] and [email protected]

The team will also need to provide a roster of players and a copy of the team insurance policy. 

Lastly a credit card will need to be put on file which the rental fee will be charged.
